Individual Therapy

Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-functioning individuals who struggle with anxiety, self-criticism, emotional disconnection, relationship difficulties, or a sense that they have lost touch with themselves. Throughout our sessions, we will focus on understanding deeper roots of your psychic pain, the unconscious mind, behavioral patterns, and your sense of self in relations to past and current life's limitations. I work with individuals of any self-identities and backgrounds. I believe therapeutic relationships as the soil for fostering essential changes. This is a unique and sacred space where you can express the essence of who you are and incorporate your growing insight into daily life’s challenges. My goal is to support you clarify what you would like for yourself, and become desired version of yourself.

Couple Therapy

Establishing true intimacy with another person means understanding and accepting every facet of who they are as a separate and whole individual - it is an ongoing process that continually needs to be reidentified as the relationship grows and changes.

Therapy for Children and Youth

In my previous school-based and community-based mental health work, I accumulated intensive experience working with youth and children on various mental health diagnoses, in collaboration with families and other providers. Some of the diagnoses I have worked with include childhood persistent depression, anxiety disorders, autism spectrum disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, major depressive disorder, dual diagnosis, and reactions to post-traumatic stress. I am passionate in supporting youth in their formative years of growth.
